Program managers
Program managers are results-orientated professionals and are responsible for day-to-day operations. This individual manages team members and makes sure the program runs smoothly and efficiently.
Nurse case managers
Nurse case managers are compassionate, registered nurses who are the main point-of-contact for patients and their healthcare team. These individuals will collaborate with the patient to develop a personalized care program and help them see it through.
Pharmacy coordinators
With excellent communication skills, pharmacy coordinators are experts at explaining the benefits of our pharmacy network to plan members. They assess patient adherence and help patients navigate available community support programs and resources to help overcome potential adherence barriers.
